Curry in a Hurry is a simple cookbook with easy to make recipes and tips for students living on a budget. When it is possible they are distributed at the UCC Failte Fest. 6th year students in some schools also receive them as part of their graduation. One student said it was the best ‘freebee’ she got on Freshers’ Day! The cookbook is funded through a grant from the Mums in May fund.
